From Farmers Market to kid events, there’s a lot of stuff going on this March. Here’s a list of fun events happening around Mesa Arizona for March 2019.

Mesa Events in March

Motorcycles on Main – happening at 1 N. McDonald Street in downtown Mesa, get ready for a parade of motorcycles from 6 PM to 10 PM on March 1.

Rubber Stamp Show – on March 2 and third at the Mesa convention center, located at 263 N. Center Street, is the annual Rubber Stamp Show. The event is held Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM and on Sunday from 11:00 AM until 4 PM. There will be free coffee and tea for early bird stampers, card contests, multiple cash winners, door prizes, goodie baskets, lectures, and workshops as well as booth demonstrations.

Mesa Farmers Market – happening every Saturday starting in March at the Pioneer Park, located at 526 East Main St. at the southwest corner of Pioneer Park, you’ll have the Mesa farmers market and flea market. Enjoy food trucks, music, local artisan fruits and vegetables, produce, cheese, bread and much more. The event is every Saturday from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

Downtown Mesa Festival of the Arts – located at 1 N. McDonald Street the Festival of the Arts is held on the first and third Saturdays of every month October through April. The event takes place between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and this is a great way to get in the local flair, check out some of the artists in our area, and maybe find that special piece just for you.

Mesa Feastival Forest – nope, I didn’t spell that wrong, this unique Festival is every Saturday night from 5:30 PM to 9 PM I Pioneer Park. You can enjoy 10 gourmet food trucks, live music, fun, and more located at 526 East Main St. I know I will be found down here at least once or twice a month.

Crossroads Gun Show – on March 9 and 10th at the Mesa convention center located at 263 North Center St. in downtown is the crossroads gun show. The event starts at 9 AM on Saturday and Sunday and goes to 5 PM on Saturday and 4 PM on Sunday. Ticket prices allow entrance for both days at just $12. Other you’re looking for a gun, looking to learn more about safety and procedures, or that’s just your thing, check out the gun show happening at the Centennial Hall building C in Mesa.

Desert Wood Carving Show – on March 16 and 17th from 9 AM to 5 PM and 10 AM to 4 PM at the Mesa convention center is the Desert Wood carving Show and Sale. This is a judged wood carving and wood sculpture event including woodworking and carvings open to the general public. Many participants will have their work for sale and the admission fee is just $10 for the entire weekend.

Choice Career Fair – also located at the Mesa Convention Center on March 21 is the choice career fair. This is open to the public from 11 AM to 2 PM where you can meet face-to-face with hiring managers and business owners. This is in building A and you are encouraged to bring your resume and dress appropriately.

Falcon Field Airport Open House – On March 30 from 9 AM to 3 PM at the Falcon Field Airport and Park located at 4636 E. fighter acres Drive, participants can get it up close and personal look at unique aircraft, classic cars, model railroads and much more. This event is free and features dozens of airplanes and helicopters on display, Star Wars character sightings, the future of flight Pavilion, flight simulators, music, food trucks, and much more. If you’ve got a flight enthusiast in your household, you won’t want to miss this great event.

Phoenix Symphony – the music of Tom Petty – located at 263 North Center St. in the Mesa Amphitheater on March 29 from 5:30 PM to 10 PM is the music of Tom Petty presented by the Phoenix Symphony. Doors open at 530 with the event at 730. Bring a small blanket and stadium cushions. Pricing is between $49 and $52 and this is a beautiful event not to miss.
