There are some fun community activities in and near the San Tan Valley happening in 2021. Here are some of this year’s scheduled events.
Artists of the Superstitions Holiday Art Show
A great way to get most or all of your holiday shopping finished in one space at one time! There will be over 30 artists featuring original works for sale at the annual Holiday Art Show put on by the Artists of the Superstitions on Dec 11 from 9 am to 4 pm at the Mountain View Lutheran Church in Apache Junction. 2122 S Goldfield Road.
The show is free admission to all, featuring local artists from around the area. Artists will be on sight so you can meet the person who created the item you purchase.
Pet Expo and Santa Day
This event will take place at the San Tan Valley Veteran Center at 5764 N Hunt Hwy in Florence. This is the second year of this hopefully annual event. Santa will be on site for pictures and there will be several cute furry friends available for adoption. There will also be vendors, face painting, and more fun. The event is on Saturday, December 4th from 10 am to 1 pm
Jingle Bell Rock
This is a series of fun days at the Superstition Springs Center located at 6555 East Southern Avenue in Mesa. Jingle Bell Rock Days are on December 4, 11, and 18 from 10 am to 12 pm. This is a bubble event that is family-friendly. There will be live holiday music and appearances from a variety of favorite holiday characters. Jingle Bell Rock days at the Superstition Springs Center are free.
Grandma’s Little Crafters Christmas Craft Fair
This event will happen at Red Mountain Multi-Generational Center on East Adobe Street in Mesa Arizona on December 11 from 10 am to 2:30 pm. Admission and parking are free. This is a fun pop-up seasonal craft fair with several vendors selling one-of-a-kind items. Grab some hot cocoa and browse all of the fun items. There will be a bakery booth as well. If you bring a toy for the toy drive you can receive a free raffle ticket.
Candy Cane Lane
The Living Word Bible Church is turning the parking lot and building into a fun holiday carnival. There will be plenty of fun carnival games with free gifts and prizes. There will also be a holiday train, pictures with Santa, bounce houses, smores, hot chocolate, and much more. Living Word is located at 3520 East Brown Road in Mesa. Candy Cane Lane will be on Dec 11 starting at 7 pm
San Tan Village Events
The San Tan Village Shopping Center has several fun holiday activities to enjoy going on right now through Christmas Eve. A few of the events include Story Time with Mrs. Claus and the Made with Love Markets Holiday Street Fair. You can also come for some live holiday music or a picture with Santa himself.
