Gobankingrates.com analyzed hundreds of US cities for their job availability and affordable housing. Factors such as median list price, typical market rent, and the unemployment rate were just some of the deciding factors. Each city had to have values lower than the national average in each category and the study then scored the 50 qualifying cities. Maybe it’s the weather? Maybe it’s the affordability… Maybe it’s a combination of both. Whatever it is, Mesa makes a wonderful place to call home. Our traffic is lighter than in Phoenix or neighboring Scottsdale and because of this, commute time is shortened. Stress plays a huge factor in our health and I don’t know what about you, but traffic can be one of the biggest stress-inducing factors out there. But, it’s hard to be stressed when the roads are clear, the tops down on the convertible, and you’re soaking up that beautiful Arizona sunshine.
