Bella Via Village Shops
Everyone wants to know what is going in on the corner of Warner and Mountain. This will be the home of the new Bella Via Village Shops.
This corner has been dirt and weeds for quite a while. A sign was posted about leasing space. But nothing else was happening. Now trucks and workers are busy on the site. It looks like it will soon really be a Commercial center.
I was told no gas station will grace the corner.
Possible tenants for Bella Villa Village–specialty grocer, pizza, sandwich shop, hair salon, nail salon, dentist.
But who really knows? I spoke to the developer over a year ago….Mountain and Warner…..we will wait and see.
So what would you like to see there? Ice cream shop? Drug store?
